Y2G3系列低压大功率电动机是我公司在Y2系列电机的基础上研制出的使用范围更广、防护等级更高、技术性能更好、结构更紧凑的新一代产品。

Y2G3 series low voltage large power motors are new generation developed based on the Y2 series motors, with more wide application area, better technical performance and more compact structure.

电机转子采用铸铝笼形结构，有效地保证了转子整体钢性；定子绕组采用VPI真空浸漆工艺，有效地提高了绝缘强度与防潮性能。

Motor uses the strong Al cage rotor and the VPI stator with good insulating strength and humidity resistance.

电机主要结构件均采用消除应力退火处理工艺，减少了加工后的变形。电机采用滚动轴承，基座为铸铁结构。

With the main construction components which are heat treated to avoid deformation after machining, the motors use rolling bearings and cast frame.

Y2G3电机满足变频应用。通过特殊绝缘设计、安装强冷风扇和轴承绝缘等，可以用在变频器供电时驱动各种负载。

Y2G3 series motors are available for variable frequency application, with special insulation system, insulation bearing design and forcing cooling fan etc.
