YBCS电机是煤矿井下采煤机用电机。针对采煤机的特殊要求，本系列电机采用水冷。电机采用多项特殊设计，使电机具有损耗小、效率高、过载能力强等特点，并且在煤矿专用电机中功率密度最大，非常好地满足了采煤机的工况要求。

YBCS motors are suitable for the miners underground. The water-cooling system is adopted according to the special performance of miners. Many special designs have been used in the motors, which make the motors have the advantages of low loss, high efficiency and strong overload capacity as well as high-power-density. Therefore, the motors can exactly meet the requirements of the miners.

电机定子绕组采用VPI整浸工艺，转子采用中频焊接、热套工艺；电机可设置绕组温度监控、轴承温度监控、过载保护装置，使设备运行更加可靠。

The winding of the stator is wholly varnished with VPI technology. The intermediate frequency welding technology and the hot sleeve technology have been adopted in making the rotor. The motor can also be equipped with winding temperature, bearing temperature, overload protection monitor devices so that the reliable operation of the motor can be guaranteed.

电机采用钢板焊接机壳，结构紧凑，坚固耐用，冷却效果好，方便了井下使用。

The frames of the motors are welded with steel plate. The structure of  the frame are compact, firm and have excellent cooling effect, that is convenient to be used in coal mines.
