YBF系列大型主扇对旋风机用电动机，是为目前国内大功率FBCDZ系列对旋主扇风机设计的配套产品，电机壳体采用钢板焊接结构。

YBF series motors are special designed for large power FBCDZ series countrarotated main fan, the frame of motor is welded with steel plate.

电机定子绕组采用 VPI 整浸工艺，无论是铸铝转子还是铜笼转子均采用热套工艺，提高了电机运行的可靠性与寿命。                    

The winding of the stator is wholly varnished with VPI technology, The hot sleeve technology have been adopted in either cast-aluminum rotor or welded copper bar rotor, so that the reliability and long life of the motor can be guaranteed.

电机轴承采用具有自主知识产权的四轴承组合结构，该结构从根本上解决了对旋风机轴承使用寿命短的问题，是大型对旋风机的专用轴承结构。

With proprietary intellectual property right, the four bearings composite structure is adopted in the motor, which solved the problem of short life time of bearings in countrarotated main fan fundamentally.

YBBPF系列是变频电机，冷却系统采用强制风冷，保证了电机在各种转速下运行的冷却风量。该产品还对轴承进行了可靠的绝缘处理，并增设转子轴电流引出装置，避免了轴电流对轴承的影响。

YBBPF series are variable frequency motors, equipped with forcing cooling fan, the blast capacity is ensured in variable speed. The bearings are insulated and shaft current is took away, so that avoid the shaft current influence the bearings.
