技术特点Technical Features：

YBS、YBSS、YBSD系列分别是风冷、水冷、水冷双速电机，是煤矿用刮板输送机、皮带输送机专用电机。针对输送机的特殊要求，电机采用了多项特殊设计，使电机具有损耗小、效率高、过载能力强等特点。

YBS，YBSS，YBSD series are air cooling, water cooling, double speed water cooling motors, used for chain conveyors and belt conveyors, with special designs, small loss, high efficiency and better over load capacity.

电机定子绕组采用VPI整浸工艺，转子采用中频焊接、热套工艺；电机可设置绕组温度监控、轴承温度监控、过载保护装置，使设备运行更加可靠。

The winding of the stator is wholly varnished with VPI technology. The intermediate frequency welding technology and the hot sleeve technology have been adopted in making the rotor. The motor can also be equipped with winding temperature, bearing temperature, overload protection monitor devices so that the reliable operation of the motor can be guaranteed.

电机采用钢板焊接机壳，结构紧凑，坚固耐用，冷却效果好，方便了井下使用。

The frames of the motors are welded with steel plate. The structure of  the frame are compact, firm and have excellent cooling effect, that is convenient to be used in coal mines.

电机根据客户需求，采用风冷或水冷结构。大功率电机采用三套筒双冷结构，有效解决了大功率电机温升高的问题，使得电机启动转矩大，过载能力强。

According customers’ requirements, the motor can be air cooling or water cooling. For the big power motors for conveyors, three-pipes water-cooling/air-cooling structure is adopted, which has solved the technical bottleneck of high temperature rise, and make the motor has bigger start torque and overload capacity.
